Precinct Grande

Precinct Grande is the latest architectural landmark in La Promenade, a premium gated community in the Sarawak capital. This new precinct comprises 17 superior bungalows, 76 innovative duplexes, spread over 20 acres.

All homes come with at least four carparks, a true two-tier security system and resort like landscaping.

Masterplanner David Ong created Grande with green living in mind. His designs called for multiple linear parks and eco finishing, which are faithfully being brought to life by Hock Seng Lee. Ong also designed the duplexes.

MNSC Architects was commissioned to design tropical bungalows and an entrance statement befitting the precinct’s namesake.

Intodesign Lab crafted Grande’s artistic playscapes and beautiful gardens.

GATED AND GUARDED

Security is a priority with a state-of-the-art video intercom system; burglary, intrusion, and emergency alarms; 24-7 ‘friendly but firm’ manned guardhouse and patrols. External perimeter fencing is electrified, while onsite management and maintenance services offer further peace of mind.

LANDSCAPE & PLAYSCAPE

HSL master planned La Promenade to have 50% more open spaces than typical housing estates. Usage of these spaces in Precinct Grande are maximised with plenty of tree cover and landscape furniture that are both beautiful and highly useable. Intodesign Lab have created a trio of visually arresting linear parks, a “tunnels and hills” playscape aimed at inspiring imaginations and an external meeting point along La Promenade’s main boulevard.

RESIDENTS' CLUBHOUSE

Residents of Precinct Grande will be spoilt for choice when it comes to the range of amenities they can enjoy on premises. The clubhouse within the precinct will serve as a focal point for exercise, fun and games. Here there is a gym, swimming pool and children’s playground.

LOW DENSITY
